A Local Cleaning Business, Run by Lucy
Lucy's Cleaning Services cleans homes and offices across North Phoenix and the North Valley with a simple approach: the same careful checklist, every visit.
Careful cleaning from people who care
Lucy's Cleaning Services was started by Luz Aurora Pereda Silva, known to her clients as Lucy, to give North Phoenix families and businesses a cleaning service they could rely on. It's a locally owned LLC based in North Phoenix, and Lucy is still the person you'll talk to when you call.
We clean houses, apartments, and offices on weekly, every-other-week, and monthly schedules, and we take on the bigger jobs too: deep cleans, move-ins and move-outs, and post-construction cleanups after remodels and new builds.
Every visit follows a room-by-room checklist, and the notes you give us stay on file for the next visit. It's a small-business way of working, and it's why clients keep their spot on the schedule.
What we stand for
Six standards we hold ourselves to on every project — big or small.
Respect for Your Home
We treat your space, and your belongings, the way we'd want ours treated.

The same checklist every visit, so the results don't depend on the day.
Clear Communication
Clear prices up front and quick replies when you call or text.
On Time
We show up on the day and at the time we agreed.
Eye for Detail
Baseboards, fixtures, and corners, not just the obvious surfaces.
